Il y a quelques mois, Claire avait organise un echange de biscornu sur le fil en scene. Les aleas des echanges, je n'avais jamais recu mon biscornu. en m'inscrivant pour un echanges je prends toujours le risque que cela arrive...ce n'ai que la deuxieme fois que cela arrive sur les tres nombreux echanges que j'ai fait ou que je fais...donc je ne me plains pas.
Claire voulait me faire un biscornus pour que tout le monde en recoive un et je lui avait pourtant interdit! et bien voila ce que je viens de recevoir de Claire. La coquine elle ne m'a pas ecouter!
Un joli biscornu broder avec un fil de Mady. Un porte clef a mon nom, rien que pour moi. Une jolie tasse...elle doit savoir que je suis folle de the!

Few months ago, Claire organised a biscornu eschange on the fil en scene's forum. You always take the risk of receiving nothing when we sign up for an exchange. this is what happened this time. This is only the second time it happens to me. This is really nothing compare to all the eschange I did in the past or still do. So I'm not complaining. However, Claire wanted to stitch a biscornu for me. I said no, you have other things to do, please don't. Well, she didn't listen!!!! Lokk what I received! A beautiful biscornu stitch with Mady's thread. An original key ring jsut for me ;) A lovely cup for the tea addict that I am. Thank you Claire!!!!

Je vous presente le dernier arrive dans la famille. Vendredi nous a rejoint un adorable chaton de 2 mois que nous avons nome Sawyer. Notre vieux Mozart nous a quitte en septembre et les enfants voulaient de suite un autre chat. J'ai fait patiente tout le monde et finalement j'ai craque pour ce petit minou.This is Saywer, our newst addition to the family. Our old Mozart died in September and the children wanted an other cat right away. I asked everybody to wait for a while. Finally on Friday we brought Sawyer, 2 months old, home. He is just too cute and my little girl who is scared of all living animals likes him a lot and actually picks him up.

Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas fait de mail art. J'ai repondu a l'appel de Michelle pour un echange d'enveloppe. J'ai ete refaire un tour dans les enveloppes que j'ai recu et aujourd'hui je vous montre celles que j'ai faite. On commence avec le theme de l'hiver...

I love mail art but have done any in a while. Michelle was looking for a partner for an mail art exchange. I could not resist to go back to the fun of mail art. I started...but today I deceided to show you the previous mail art I made. Today the theme is winter!

J'ai decide de faire la trousse du Grenier de Zoe. Voici ma premiere partie. Pas d'initiales au milieu, j'attends de voir comment tout ce presente et je deciderais par la suite.
J'i utilise des fils de lin DMC marron glace, vert amande et bleu.

I started the Sal of Le Grenier de Zoe to make a stitcher's trousse. I chose to stitch with DMC linen threads, light brown, green and a light blue. in the middle of this first part we had the option to stitch letters. I have not as I'm undeceided on either I should or not stitch the middle. Let's wait and see until the trousse is more advance.

Dans le cadre de l'echange ABC, voici ce que j'ai realise pour Andrea. Je vous ai montre le pinkeep de Jill que j'ai recu il y quelques jours.
Ce cousinet a "chimes" faisait parti des choses que je ne pouvais vous montrer entierement avant les fetes.
C'est une grille de Tournicoton qu'Anne a offert dans un numero de "The Gift of Stitching". Les photos ne sont pas excellentes, on voit a peine le ABC!

For the ABC exchange I had to stitch for Andrea. I stitched a chart from Tournicoton offered by Anne in one issue of "The Gift of Stitching". I showed you few days ago what I received from Jill, a beautiful pinkeep. This chimes pillow was one the project I could not entirely show few weeks back in order to keep the surprise. The pictures are not at their best, we can barely see the ABC.

Pour bien commencer l'annee, un calendrier de Brodeuse. Le tuto est chez Cathy. J'ai juste change un peu le texte. Il est parti quelque part en Europe!!!!!!!

Le coeur a frises de Miss Kat brode sur une toile 32ct de couleur framboise ecrasee, si si, de jolies couleurs tendres et quelques perles. Tout frais fini!

Dernier ouvrage de l'annee, fini juste a temps le 31 decembre....le sal de Solo brode. Je me suis regalee a le broder en DMC 931! Merci Sophie!

Voici une trousse que j'ai faite hier d'apres le tuto de chez Des fils et une fille. Pas de broderie, juse de la couture.

Je ne sais pas encore comment le finitionner mais il est termine. Tres agreable a broder!
Je ne peux rien vous montrer d'autre...ce sont des chuts ou ce n'est pas fini.
Par contre.... je n'ai pas pu resiter au Sal de Solo Brode! Aie aie, un vrai plaisir a broder. J'utiliser un bleu DMC 931 tout simple et voila il est commence!

One of my WIP is done. This is the Jardin Turquoise et Chocolat of Tralala. I stitched it on 1 over 1. It is so fun to stitch. This chart in for sale at The Thread Basket.
I don't know how to finish it yet...I have time to get inspiration! Nothing much to show you yet, it's either a surprise or it's not done yet.
But, I couldn't resite on a new SAL on Solo Brode's blog. I didn't discover this SAL until last week and I was not able to stich with everybody else, but I decided to stitch on my own. I LOVE IT! Check out the blog and this SAL, you still can subscribe.
